Privacy policy
What MoovShop collects, why, for how long, and how to delete it.

1. What we collect
Your e-mail address, to create your account and sign you in.
The stores you generate and what you give us to create them: product links, descriptions, prices and uploaded photos.
The messages you write to the help assistant. If they are escalated to our team, they are forwarded to it by e-mail and text message.
Your payment details (credit card) are entered and stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
2. What we use it for
To run the service: sign you in, generate and edit your stores, send you the useful e-mails (sign-in link, store ready, reminder before renewal), manage your subscription and answer your questions.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. How long we keep it
As long as your account exists, then 12 months after it is closed. After that, it is deleted.
4. The providers who help us
To run the service, we use providers who process your data only on our behalf:
Vercel (site hosting and storage of photos and files), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (e-mail delivery), Anthropic (the artificial intelligence that writes the stores and answers the help assistant), Upstash (generation queue) and Twilio (alert text messages for our team).
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data or for its deletion by writing to contact@moovtips.com. We answer as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
